“Helping others is not only my passion, but it’s my purpose. I am proud that I am able to positively impact my community by helping to empower young leaders, which will help create generations of leaders.
I realized adolescents, who may be on the right track, must still overcome risk factors in their environments that may derail their path. I also realized that not all adolescent girls have a strong supportive network to steer them in the right direction. GG2W was birthed to fill the gaps by providing support, education and guidance for young ladies, while developing a sisterhood!
I obtained my Masters of Social Work from Grand Valley State University 2015. I graduated from Kuyper College 2012 with a dual major of Social Work and Biblical Studies, as well as a minor in Communications.
